What our clients say:-

* Annie’s story:-

“I moved to Kent in September last year and needed someone I trusted to support my rehabilitation, having ruptured my Achilles’ tendon in May.

I found Dan to be friendly, responsive and very thorough in assessing me when we first met. I felt confident that he understood my injury and how best to work in tandem with the physio treatment I was having, to safely plan and progress my return to full fitness. The exercise sheets that Dan emailed to me were an effective way for me to carry on improving in between my face-to-face sessions with him.

Dan is a very professional and talented fitness trainer that I highly recommend to anyone who wants support, encouragement and just enough challenge to help them achieve their fitness goals.

When I met Dan, my physio was not confident that I would be fit enough to go skiing, which I love, this February. However, working with Dan, I was not only able to ski 9 months after my injury, but to do so with confidence. Flying down red and black runs was a great feeling.”

‘I started Boot camp In Hildenborough in November 2015. I thought I was fairly fit until I joined! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, not a hint of competitive egos. I only wanted to lose that last 10 lbs, I did a lot of running but wanted to loose body fat and tone up and I never enjoyed the gym and wanted to have a go at something different. The classes are well run with knowledgeable expert trainers. Each session is different, very challenging with such variety you never get bored. The sessions take place outside come rain or shine, in fact my first session was freezing cold and snowing but it made you feel alive doing exercise in the fresh air. Boot camp had all levels of ability and the instructors bring out the best in everyone with their programmes.
At Boot camp they offer so much more than just an exercise class and they also have physio, sports therapy, personal trainers and nutrition advice, there is even a beauty therapist. I had a 1-1 coaching session about diet to try and break my weight plateau and was given so much helpful information and was introduced to the “Forever Lean” programme. I have been eating this programme since learning about it and have introduced it to my family as well.

I was fairly fit before joining Boot camp but now I am fitter, stronger and much leaner with less body fat. I lost over a stone, broke my plateau and in total 17 cm from my overall body (arms, tummy and legs).

Sadly I have moved house and am unable to carry on. My last session I took my 9 and 12 daughters to come and join and see what mum does at 8 am on a Saturday each week. They absolutely loved it and understood why mum was hooked.

Thanks again to Dan and his team, I loved every single session and will miss coming but will carry on the fitness and will continue with the Forever Lean way of eating.

If you are thinking about joining – do it, you will not look back!

Thanks again, really enjoyed my time at Boot camp’ Justine

‘Dan has been my personal trainer for over 10 years. In that time I have had the benefit of a huge amount of valuable fitness and nutritional advice with programmes adapted to my changing needs. He takes an holistic approach, tailoring each programme to the whole person. What you eat matters as well as how much exercise you take. He challenges me and makes training fun. He continually keeps up to date on developments in fitness to apply to the individual client. I would highly recommend Dan as a personal trainer.’ Heather

‘I have been working with Dan for 8 years . The reason for starting with Dan was that at my age I needed regular appropriate training as I was rather ad hoccing jogging and various other forms of exercise on a rather irregular basis.
The fact that it has been hugely beneficial and satisfying is proven simply by the fact that I am still with him on a three sessions per week basis. My training sessions go into my diary before anything else! Cast in stone and will continue as long as I am able.
I have had two knee replacement operations and Dan has masterfully prepared me for both operations and overseen a rapid recuperation after the operations’. Tom Snoek
