Q. Can I carry forward missed sessions to the following week?
A. No, unfortunately sessions cannot be carried forward unless you are on our flexible membership option

 

Q. If I am ill or on holiday do I lose my sessions?
A. Unfortunately yes. If you are seriously ill, injured or fall pregnant we may freeze your sessions until you return.

 

Q. Can I upgrade my membership to attend more frequently?
A. Yes you can upgrade your membership at any time.

 

Q. Can I bring a guest?
A. Absolutely, your guest can take advantage of our FREE taster session. If they register with us you will receive 2 FREE boot camp sessions.

 

Q. Do I need to be fit to do boot camp?
A. It helps, but many people join us because they are not fit. Our boot camps are open to all fitness levels. We modify exercises to suit different levels.
